Wine producing of ''Twins Wine Cellar in Napareuli'' is based on the oldest Kakhetian method, such as producing wine in kvevri (large earthenware vessel used for the fermentation, storage and ageing of traditional Georgian wine). In 2013, UNESCO added the traditional Georgian method of making wine in kvevris to it’s list of intangible cultural heritage. It points to the uniqueness of this method and it is also a message for the whole world that wine is an integral part of ancient Georgian culture. There is a wine shop located on the territory of the ''Twins Wine Cellar'' complex, which offers a wide variety of kvevri wines produced by ''Twins Wine Cellar''. Cabernet was spread in Georgia in the 19th century. At present, there is a very small amount in Napareuli and Tsinandali microzones. This wine is made from grapes got from these places. Cabernet has black cherry and blueberry aromas. Georgian land and methodology of Qvevri enriches with tannins and gives a wine a distinctive taste.

The wine is produced from the harvest of 2015, from the grape varieties of Saperavi. The wine is stored and matured for up to three months in Qvevri according to the Kakhetian traditional method - fermenting the grape juice with grape pomace and thereafter is aged in the oak barrels for one year. Twins’ wine stands out with its special taste – wine has characteristic tannins of Qvevri and aromas of Oak Barrel. ''Kisi''  is unique, rare species of Georgian grapes, local variety of Kakheti. It was less common in Soviet times and that’s why it is not wide spread. The Kisi wine has dark straw color when it is made by Kakhetian method. It wine is distinguished by aroma. It’s tones are close to citrus, mango and orange tones.

''Khikhvi'' is narrow spread, rare specie of Georgian grape, local specie of Kakheti.  Provides high quality table dry wine and dessert wine. Today there is an increased interest of Khikhvi wine production. The wine is distinguished by aroma. The wine made by dregs  perfectly illustrates the rich flavor and taste of the Khikhvi. Dregs made wine containts flavor compaunds of skin, stalks and stones of grape, and of various groups of compaunds, amino acids, mineral substances, that perfectly demonstrates the richness of taste and flavor of the Khikhvi.
